HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?

Please allow 2-5 days for your order to be processed for shipping.  We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.  

WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING?

Shipping time depends on your location.  USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for a domestic delivery.  Pre-orders take 6-10 weeks depending on the item but turn around time is stated on every pre-order listing.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.  Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.  If you haven't received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at thehoneybunjunction@gmail.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.
